Late collection and Non Payment of fees:

Late collection of a child will incur a £25 charge between 1 minute and 30 minutes past the collection time and £25 for every subsequent 30minute period. Please be aware that penalties for late collection will apply on 3 occasions and thereafter your child’s place will be withdrawn by the nursery due to breach of collection terms.

£25.00 per half hour.

Non payment of fees will incur a £25 charge weekly for a maximum of 4 weeks. Please be aware that penalties for late payment will only apply on 4 occasions and thereafter your child’s place will be withdrawn by the nursery due to non-payment.

* Balgillo Nurseries are open all year round with the exception of 4 days over Christmas and New Year - please contact us directly for specific closure days.
*A Non Refundable Booking Fee of 1 weeks fee is required to secure and process the placement for your child.
* Early Learning and Childcare Funding can be applied for from age 2 to 5 years. Evidence of eligability will apply for all 2 year olds - Please speak to the manager for details and availability. A seperate price structure for children who have a funded place and require additional hours applies. Please speak to the nursery manager directly about this.
